Back

The Back gives you an easy and efficient way to strengthen your back, and back of shoulders by using your own body weight as resistance in the training.

Exercise 1
Hold the overhead bar, palms facing forward, and pull the bar down.

Exercise 2
Hold the overhead bar, palms facing back, and pull the bar down.

Exercise 3
Advanced level: Hold the overhead bar with one hand only, and pull the bar down.
